Project Introduction

 

The plaza is a hopsca invested by Shineton and China MCC20 Group Co., Ltd., with a built-up area of about 200,000 square meters. It is located at the heartland of the Nanxiang International Residential Community and the No. 1 CBD of Suburban Shanghai, the Nanxiang Intelligence Zone, constructed by Shanghai government. Linked to the Nanxiang Station of Metro Line 11 through an overpass, it is 25 minutes’metro away from the Jiangsu Road Station. Besides, it is 5 minutes’walk away both from the transit hub served by 7 bus lines and the Nanxiang Station of Metro L3 under planning. It takes only 10 minutes to the Middle Ring from the Nanxiang slip road to the Hu-Jia Highway (A12).

 

The plaza is developed in two phases. The first phase focuses on residential buildings and the second phase is composed of residential, business and small apartment buildings. The business part of the plaza amount to 52,000 square meters and is the only large-scale hopsca for the mid- and high-end consumers in Nanxiang with the fashionable cinema, stores, shopping mall, restaurants, entertainment and tourist facilities.

 

When completed, the plaza will be the largest one-stop shopping center with the richest types of business and most beautiful environment and the only business center for the mid- and high-end customers in Nanxiang, optimizing extremely the living quality of the residents around and providing them with international business environment and new urban living experience.


The project has completed 80% of the investment and has been tested on December 22, 2012. At present, the project has been officially opened in mid-april 2013.
